Shipping policy
We ship once a week. Orders are packed on Wednesday and handed to the courier on Thursday. In-stock orders paid by Sunday 23:59 (CET) go out that Thursday; later orders go out the following Thursday. Made-to-order pieces take up to 10 working days to make and ship on the first Thursday after they are finished.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order. We currently ship to Hungary and all EU countries. For other destinations, email us at madzagdog@gmail.com.
About Magyar Posta delivery: the post makes one delivery attempt. If no one is home, you can collect the parcel at the post office named on the notice within 5 working days.
Tracking
You receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships.
Customs and taxes
All orders ship within the EU, so no customs duties apply. MADZAG is exempt from VAT (alanyi adómentes), so no VAT is charged and the prices shown are final.
Wrong address
Please check your address before you order. If you spot a mistake, email us before Wednesday and we will correct it. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an address you entered incorrectly. If a parcel comes back to us unclaimed, we can resend it once you have paid the new shipping cost.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch, contact us and we will trace it with the courier. If it arrives damaged, please check it in front of the courier if you can, and send us photos of the item and the packaging within 3 working days of delivery. We will repair or replace the item, or refund it.
